Happy Birthday, Bob!

It’s Senator Bob Kerrey’s birthday today. In lieu of gifts, let’s all promise to donate to his (hopefully) impending Senate campaign.

To celebrate, I’d like to pass along this entry from Kos’ list of most vulnerable Senate seats:

4. Nebraska (Hagel – R)
Another race assuming someone gets out (Hagel) and someone gets in (Bob Kerrey). If this happens, it would mark one of the DSCC’s biggest recruiting coups and force Republicans to play defense in a likely losing battle –– the best of all worlds.

Another targeted Senate race in 2008 would be a fantastic opportunity for us to build on our continuing success. It may be a little early to tell Karl Rove, “I told you so,” but it’s looking better all the time.

    As we inch closer to February are there plans to offer Democratic Presidential Caucus training sessions in Nebraska?
