Natalie Nowak Announces in LD 31

Oct 09, 10:10 AM CST

Democrat Natalie Nowak, a practicing nurse and lawyer, announced Monday she will run for Legislature in District 31 in Omaha. According to her press release, Natalie’s campaign will focus on property taxes, stronger schools, and safer neighborhoods. “Unlike too many senators, you’ll always know where I stand: with middle class Nebraska families,” Nowak said. The seat is currently held by Republican Senator Rich Pahls, and unlike many other seats in the Omaha area, Pahls is not term-limited in 2008.

Nowak attended Clarkson College of Nursing and Creighton School of Law. She has three children and is the PTO president at Millard North High School.
