Grassroots Academy: Gering

Yesterday, more than 20 Democrats in the panhandle braved the cold and the wind to get together at the Gering Public Library for our Grassroots Academy training. We had four counties represented: Scotts Bluff, Kimball, Morrill, and Sioux.
Matt Connealy, our Executive Director made the trip out to talk to fellow Democrats and help me out with the training. We had a great conversation with Panhandle Democrats about the caucus here in Nebraska. I can feel the excitment swelling the more I talk to people here in the 3rd District.
If you have missed one of our recent trainings, we will be in Lincoln on Wednesday, Oct. 24th, and Hershey and Grand Island on Sunday, Oct. 28th.
