Grassroots Academy Wrap Up: Lincoln

Over 45 Democrats came to the CWA Hall in Lincoln last night for the Grassroots Academy. Catherine talked about our Field Plan for 2008, Ian talked a little about the local political landscape, and I finished up with a brief caucus training. Matt, Eric, and Clara were also there.
It was great to see quite a few new faces in and among the usual Democratic stalwarts. I was glad my parents showed up – it was nice to have someone there to laugh at my jokes.
All in all, I believe the training was an unqualified success.
