Senator Gail Kopplin Kick-Off

Last night I attended State Senator Gail Kopplin’s kick-off event for his re-election campaign for Legislative District 3.
Senator Kopplin was first elected to the Unicameral in 2004. Senator Kopplin is a strong advocate for teachers in the Legislature. He is a retired Gretna Public Schools Superintendent.
Senator Kopplin and Senator Gwen Howard, who is also up for re-election in 2008. Senator Howard represents District 9 in Omaha.

District 3 is in Sarpy County, and covers Gretna and parts of Bellevue, Papillion, and Millard.
