Governor Heineman Calls Attacks "Partisan"

This just in from the AP:
Governor Dave Heineman is calling criticisms of his handling of problems at the Beatrice State Developmental Center a coordinated partisan attack.
Before Governor Heineman decides to draw partisan battle lines on this issue, he should consider that complacence, incompetence, and ineffectual leadership are on the Republican side of the debate –– while Democrats are calling for fiscal responsibility and demanding that Nebraskans get the care they deserve.
We’re more than happy to engage him on that turf.
