Council, a Democrat, is running for the District 11 currently held by Ernie Chambers. Chambers is not able to run for re-election due to term limits.
The Nebraska Democratic Party does not endorse candidates in a primary race with more than one Democrat. We attempt to provide the same opportunities to all candidates.
