Rothenberg Report Ranks CD 2 a "Tossup"

Monday, October 27, the Rothenberg Report, which ranks House and Senate races across the country declared the race for Congress in Nebraska’s Second Congressional District a tossup.
The Rothenberg Report wrote:
“Cong. Lee Terry appears to be in a dead heat with Democrat Jim Esch in yet another district Bush carried easily four years ago.”
The new ranking from the Rothenberg Report comes after a recent poll indicates the race has narrowed to a one point contest (47% Terry, 46% Esch). Nebraskans throughout the Second Congressional District are responding to Jim Esch’s call for real change in Washington and his plans to turn our economy around, honor our veterans and protect Social Security.
