Happy Holidays from the Nebraska Democratic Party...

On this Christmas Eve, I wish to pause to thank each of you, our leaders of the Democratic cause in Nebraska, for all of your efforts and support of the Democratic Party. I am impressed, even awed, by your genuine concern and dedication to the betterment of all of Nebraska’s people.
While we face grave uncertainties in the national and worldwide economic adjustment, I find great solace in the dedication, intelligence, and compassion of our party leaders and our new president. But our true strength and hope for the future lies in you and in the hearts and souls of all your neighbors, friends and workmates who believe in the Democratic Principals. We have a lot to do. But we can do it together. So please join me in making a New Year’s Resolution to each do our part in our unified quest for mutual prosperity, equal opportunity, individual freedom, and peace.
