OWH: Martinez named U.S. marshal

Mark Martinez, who retired in March as an Omaha Police Department deputy chief, has been named U.S. marshal for the District of Nebraska.
Martinez has been serving on Omaha Mayor Jim Suttle’s security detail. He also serves on the Omaha school board.
