“KEARNEY — U.S. Sen. Ben Nelson says he is fed up with the bureaucracy and delays on Kearney’s Interstate 80 Cherry Avenue exit.
“I’m not going to accept it,” Nelson said. “I think we just have to push all the parties to get these things done. The Federal Highway Administration is not the fourth branch of government.””
