Check out the great story on the front page of the Lincoln Journal Star. It is all about the new 93 County Strategy and reaching out to Nebraskans everywhere. It is great, positive news in a very visible place.

Amanda: You’re radiating personality shines through in talking to you and the emails you send!!! (Inside joke on Amanda’s use of exclamation points).
Carmyn: You did an excellent job in meeting with the Platte County Democrats last night. Your youthful nature and experience make you perfect for reaching out to Democrats across Nebraska.
Ian: The movement never stops with you. Whether it’s being unable to sit in your chair at meetings or travelling across the state to reach out to Democrats, you are doing great work my friend.
Heath: Twas the Best of Times, Twas the Worst of Times. As the true survivor of the Nebraska Democratic Party from the lean years, you have the experience and leadership skills necessary to help those new and returning to the Party.
Barry: I live in Platte County where the median income is around $18,000. It took a lot of convincing for me to believe that some East Coast son of a bitch deserved that much money. Now that you’ve been a Nebraskan for a couple of years, it takes even more convincing. Glad to see you are convincing the Nebraska Democrats of your value to our Party every day.
Kathleen: Thank you for your continued support of the Nebraska Young Democrats. You have kept them alive over the years and now have two of their best, Ian & Heath, working at the Nebraska Democratic Party.
Vince: Always willing to help and have a basketful of suggestions every time a Democrat talks to you. Need I say more?
Steve: We have had a somewhat contentious relationship over the years. I want you to know that it was not because I didn’t think that you were a good leader. I thought you were a very good leader. I was just frustrated to watch you transition from being a very good leader to becoming a great leader. Congratulations, Steve. You’ve arrived. You’re a great leader.
This post could go on and on to include the officers of the Nebraska Democratic Party, the officers of the Nebraska Young Democrats, the officers of the other Nebraska Democratic Party Caucuses, but most importantly it could go on and on to recognize the tireless volunteers like Monie Bronson (hope I spelled that correctly) who have contributed so much to the Party over the years and are the foundation upon which our house is built.
