LINCOLN, Neb. – Nebraska Democratic Party State Chair Steve Achelpohl released the following statement following Attorney General Jon Bruning’s announcement this morning:
“Nebraska Republicans like Jon Bruning continue to show us that they are unable to find the decisiveness necessary to lead this state forward. Bruning has shared his varied intentions regarding the Senate race more times than a Hollywood remake of Oceans 11.”
“Jon Bruning needs to focus on the job Nebraskans elected him to do.”
“We wonder if he will hold a press conference next week to announce what office he will seek in 2010.”
