Bradley Campaign to Host Bradley VoteFest, A Voter Education and Campaign Rally
Dr. Larry Bradley, candidate for Nebraska Board of Regents, District 4 will be hosting Bradley VoteFest, a voter education and campaign rally on Friday, March 2nd from 5:30 to 8:30 pm at the Firefighters Hall at 60th and Grover.
"I am hosting VoteFest to support my campaign, and to unite and educate voters," said Bradley. "We must educate citizens in response to the national sweep of voter identification laws that aim to suppress voting through implementing financial and document barriers aimed particularly at citizens who live in North Omaha, South Omaha and Midtown and fall within diverse District 4."
"Voter identification laws are a targeted attack to suppress the votes of African-Americans, Latinos, Native Americans, legal immigrants, refugees, youth and seniors," said Bradley. "As part of my own campaign for Regent, I want to encourage everyone in District 4 to participate by voting in this presidential election year, support candidates up and down the ballot, and stand up to protect our right to vote."
